Updated this week

The Trendspek Dashboard has had an overhaul, with a cleaner, more intuitive interface to help you find what you need — faster.

This visual refresh is just the start, laying the groundwork for a suite of new, powerful features coming soon to the platform.

It’s now easier to invite team members, assign roles, and manage access across your organisation. You can also bulk create, remove or reassign asset access — saving time and reducing manual effort.

What’s new?

  • Refreshed visual interface and UI for easier navigation

  • A major performance enhancement. This improved responsiveness and load speed will particularly benefit our international customers.

  • Enhanced user tools, including Bulk User Management that allows you to bulk create, remove or re-assign asset roles.

Understanding the Old Dashboard Layout

In our previous dashboard design, the primary navigation was located on the left-hand side, where you would find seven menu items:

  1. Dashboard

  2. Permissions

  3. Uploads

  4. Capture Analysis

  5. Templates

  6. Account Management

  7. Need Help? (Help Menu)

Company Selection: The option to switch between companies was located in the top-left corner of the dashboard.

Introducing The New Dashboard Layout

Here are some of the visible changes you’ll notice when you next log in:

Simplified Asset view

A cleaner design makes it easier to browse, sort and manage your assets.

New Asset sort dropdown

You can now sort your Assets by Annotations, Capture, or Name in the viewer.

Map View and Activity tabs swapped

A small change to make navigation more intuitive. Change your default tab view in the Settings.

Settings and account management moved

You’ll now find these options in the bottom-left corner of your screen.

Docs and Support moved to the right-hand side

Help is still just a click away, now in a more accessible spot.

Exploring the New Dashboard Layout

The new Trendspek dashboard introduces a more focused and intuitive navigation experience:

Four Core Main Menu Items

We've consolidated the primary navigation for a clearer view of your essential tasks. The main menu now includes:

  1. Dashboard

  2. Templates

  3. Uploads

  4. Capture Analysis

Relocated Company Selection

To switch between companies, simply click on your name located in the bottom-left side of the dashboard. This will reveal the option to change your current company.

New 'Settings' Menu

We've introduced a dedicated 'Settings' menu (represented by a gear icon) in the bottom-left. In this new section you will find:

  • Account Management

  • Company Management

  • Asset Management

Quick Access to Documentation and Support

You will now find direct links to our documentation (Docs) and Support on the top-right side of the dashboard.

These changes are designed to make it easier to find what you need and manage your Trendspek assets and account more efficiently.

These changes will roll out automatically in the background. Your saved configurations, custom views, and preferences will remain just as you left them.

What’s coming next?

This foundational upgrade paves the way for future functionality, including:

Portfolio-wide Insights

Soon, you’ll be able to view and compare data across all your assets in one place — making it easier to spot trends, prioritise maintenance and make informed decisions.

Improved collaboration tools

We’re building better ways for your team to work together within the platform, share insights, and stay aligned across projects.
