How to get GP?
When you purchase a GP Pack, the Trendspek team allocates it to your account, adding the Gigapixels (GP) to your balance.
How do I check my current GP balance?
⚠️ Only users with admin roles can access these settings.
You can check your current usage and limit on:
Click Settings
Under Billing Account , click Account
You can find your GP Usage and Limit in the Plan Details section, listed on Process.
How can I see the GP cost before starting a process?
You can check the expected GP cost for an upload using the Capture Analysis Tool, and the final cost is also shown for your approval after uploading, before the process begins.
During uploads
In the Upload Project Summary, you are informed if you have enough GP to proceed. If your GP balance is insufficient, you cannot continue the upload, and the 'Start Upload' button will be disabled.
You can start uploading if the there’s an available GP.
With Capture Analysis Tool
The total Gigapixels will be shown with Capture Analysis Tool. This does not consume GP.
Does GP expire?
Every Allocated GP Pack given has an expiration date. This creates a "use it or lose it" policy for the customer.
By default, the expiration period is 12 months from the date the pack is allocated. However, a custom expiration date can be set if required for a specific commercial arrangement.
You can check the expiration of a specific GP pack by following these steps:
