What is the GP Ledger?

The GP Ledger is the official history of all GP events for a customer's account. It provides a complete, line-by-line record of every action that has affected their GP balance. This ledger can be exported as a CSV file.

Where to find the ledger?

👨‍💻Only users with admin roles can access these settings.

  1. In the Dashboard, click Settings

  2. Under Billing Account, click Usage

Steps to go to the Billing Company’s Usage History

Reading a Row in the Ledger

Each row gives a complete breakdown of a single event.. It starts with the Date and the User who initiated the action. It identifies the Company account affected and includes a Summary of the event. Finally, it shows the amount CONSUMED and the new AVAILABLE balance taken on the event.

Understanding Event Types

The "Summary" of each row in your ledger describes one of these key events:

  • Allocated: A pack of GP has been added to your account.

  • Reserved: When you start an upload, the required GP is temporarily put on hold. This amount is not yet permanently spent.

  • Consumed: When your 3D model is successfully created, the GP that was on hold is officially used and permanently deducted from your balance.

  • Refilled: GP is returned to your account if an upload is cancelled or if the process fails.

  • Reverted: A previous "Consumed" event has been officially cancelled for auditing purposes. This is the method for issuing a refund and adds the GP back to your balance.
