Trendspek allows you to audit and manage your assets as well as any users that have access to your assets via the Manage Assets page. From the Dashboard, navigate to Permissions > Manage Assets

Initially you will see a list that provides you with an overview of your assets. Clicking on an asset will open the Asset User View towards the bottom of the page.

This Asset User View shows you all the users that have access to the chosen asset, as well as their role, session count and most recent login date. You can change the role assigned to a user for the chosen asset by clicking on their current role and selecting the desired role from the drop down list.

You can change the role assigned to several users by performing a bulk change action. Simply check the box next to each user before clicking Change Role To. This will update the role for each of the selected users.

Users' access to the chosen asset can be revoked entirely by checking the box next to the user(s) and clicking Remove Access. Please note that this action cannot be directly reversed, however you can always re-invite the user at a later date.
