Managing Users and Reviewing User Activity

Learn how to audit, manage and delete users from your organisation.

Trendspek allows you to audit your users activity and manage your users access to your organisation via the Manage Users page.

From the Dashboard, navigate to Permissions > Manage Users

Here you will see a list of users that have access to your organisation along with their total number of sessions and last login date. You can change a user's Company Role within your organisation by simply clicking on their current role and selecting the desired Company Role from the drop down list.

To delete a user, check the box next to their name(s) and click Delete Users. You will be asked to confirm your action and please note that this cannot be reversed.

Adding a New User to Your Company

You may want to invite a new user to your company without granting them access to one of your assets. This might be useful for inviting someone in charge for collecting and uploading new datasets such as a Drone Operator, or for inviting someone from the Accounts Department.

This can be achieved by clicking on Add New User, entering the users email address and selecting their role within your organisation .Clicking on Send Email Invitation will invite the user to your company via email.

Alternatively, the Copy Link button can be used. This will not send the user an email but instead copy the invite link to your clipboard which you can then share directly with your user.
