Learn the basics behind our reporting page.

With the reporting page, you can view and sort your annotations, fly to the annotations in 3D and export them to Excel.

Accessing the reporting viewer

You can access the reporting page from the 3D viewer (As below)


You will then be redirected to the Reporting Page.

Changed the custom fields that are displayed

To adjust which fields appear on the reporting page:

  1. Click the 'Select Columns' dropdown.

  2. Check or uncheck the boxes to display or hide specific fields.

Sort and Filter by Fields

You can sort and filter by field columns using the arrows next to the field name, or apply filters to narrow down the data.


Fly to selected annotations

If you'd like to view an annotation in 3D, click the external link icon. The annotation details pane will appear on the right side. Then, click 'Inspect' to be taken directly to the exact point on the model.


Export to Excel

You can export the list of annotations to an Excel spreadsheet.

Click on export to csv and the file will automatically download to your computer.


Export to PDF

If you'd like to customise your PDF report, check out this article for detailed instructions.

Click on Generate PDF.

You will now be redirected to the PDF Report Page.

You can customise the Prepared For, PDF Author, PDF Title, and Filename.

Click on the Generate PDF button to review everything.

โš ๏ธPlease be aware that generating a PDF may take a few minutes for large numbers of annotations and images.

If you are satisfied with the outcome, you can now download it. There are three ways to download the PDF:

  1. Click on the Download PDF button.

  2. Use the download icon in the PDF viewer.

  3. Click on the print icon, select "Save as PDF," and then click Save.
