Learn the basics behind our reporting page.

With the reporting page, you can view and sort your annotations, fly to the annotations in 3D and export them to Excel.

Accessing the reporting viewer

You can access the reporting page via the dashboard. Select the "Reporting" button next to the asset you choose.

You can also access the reporting page from the 3D viewer (As below)


Change fields that are displayed

You can select which fields are displayed on the reporting page by:

  • Selecting the "Fields" button

  • Select which checkboxes your choose to be displayed or hidden


Sort by fields

You can filter by filed columns using the arrows next to the field name


Fly to selected annotations

If there is an annotation you would like to view in 3D, left click on the image thumbnail.

The 3D viewer will open in a new browser tab and "fly you to the exact point on the model.


Export to Excel

You can export the list of annotations to an Excel spreadsheet.

Click on export for Excel and the file will automatically download to your computer.


Export to PDF

You can export your list of annotations to a PDF report in two ways:

  1. Send the report directly to your email.

  2. Click on "Preview," and a new tab will open to display the report

    On the preview page, click control + P or command + P if on mac to open the print dialogue

    Choose "Save as PDF" to save the report locally.
