The latest Intel Integrated Graphics driver is causing issues for some users. Learn how to fix it here.

Trendspek leverages your GPU for optimal performance when viewing 3D Models. We have received several reports of an issue impacting some users with overclocked Intel based graphics.

How do I know if this issue impacts me?

When creating a pin, line or polygon upon the 3D model in Trendspek, instead of the pin being placed on the model, it may be placed on the globe behind the model.

How do I fix this issue?

If you have an IT team, please send this article to them to review and action on your behalf.

  1. Begin by confirming the Intel Graphics driver currently installed on your system. Click here to learn how. Please note this down and share with Trendspek Support.

  2. Download a known working driver version. At present, this is 30.0.101.1069 Click here to download the driver directly from Intel. Make sure you select the .exe version.

  3. Open the downloaded file and follow the onscreen prompts to install the driver.

  4. Reboot your computer

Trendspek should now work as expected. If issues persist please contact Trendspek Support.
