This new feature enables two-way communication between capture partners and our expert processing team to significantly improve the quality of data captures by addressing any issues or questions that arise during the process, leading to more accurate and reliable results, quicker issue resolution and continuous improvement in the data processing pipeline.

This is a great step towards enhancing the overall quality of our service and maintaining a strong partnership with your capture partners.

Here's how it works:

1. Data is captured on-site

2. Data uploaded with comments to ensure accurate, faster processing

When uploading your next dataset, be sure to provide as much detail as possible within the comments section so that our processing team can efficiently turn around your dataset if it is unable to be auto processed.

This helps to provide additional context for model processing, such as GPS issues during capture, or on-site factors such as reflective surfaces.

3. Trendspek Processing Pipeline auto processes data

4. Trendspek Quality Control team reviews comments and provides feedback on the model output and capture, within the app and over email.

Once your dataset has been published, you can expect to receive feedback from our team of Data Specialists via email. If your dataset is unable to be processed, you will also receive feedback as to why this was the case.
