Multi-factor authentication helps you keep your account secure.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an industry-recognised security mechanism that keeps your user account more secure.

MFA is optional for all users, however we highly recommend enabling it.

How do I enable Multi-Factor Authentication?

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu and click on My Account as shown above.

  2. Scroll down to Multi-Factor Authentication

  3. You'll be presented with two options: SMS or Authenticator App.

a. Enable MFA via Authenticator App

Download an authenticator app if you do not already have one, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.

  1. Using your authenticator app, scan the QR code on the screen.

  2. Enter that Authenticator code in the space provided.

  3. Click Enable MFA VIA TOTP.

b. Enable MFA via SMS

  1. Confirm that the phone number you have entered is correct. Ensure your country code is entered, e.g. +1, or +61. and click Confirm.

  2. Click Send Code

  3. You should receive an SMS within 30 seconds. Enter this into the provided space.

  4. Click Enable MFA VIA SMS.

Logging in with MFA

The next time you log in, enter your username and password in the normal manner.
